Send your Letter to the NORTH POLE!

Eagles Walk & Ridge View Apartment Home Communities in White Marsh, MD are helping to get the letters out to Santa!  From now until December 23, 2013 please have your children come in to our leasing office and write their letter to Santa.  The stationary & supplies will be on hand to create the perfect letter and we also have a little mailbox for them to leave the letter, so it is sure to get there on time.  Each child will receive a small gift from Santa’s Elves. This year, on Christmas Eve, we will grant one Christmas Wish from one of the letters!

Please include your Name, Address, and Phone Number on the letter.  This is only open to Eagles Walk & Ridge View residents.

November Resident Appreciation Events

November certainly was a fun time around here!

Each of our apartment home communities celebrating giving thanks in their own way!  All of our properties are collecting food for a food drive to the Maryland & Connecticut Food Banks and had fun with a couple of new resident appreciation events.

Wine & Cheese Night at Tall Oaks Apartments in Laurel, MDTall Oaks Apartment Homes in Laurel, MD held a wine & cheese night and gave residents an excuse to get dressed up and walk the red carpet.  Our residents were able to sit down and relax, while listening to some easy listening music.  The staff at Tall Oaks served a variety of wines from Riesling & White Zinfandel to Merlot & Chianti.  Everyone was given two drink tickets and were urged to try something they’ve never had before.   Our team also had snacks & various cheeses set out to enjoy along with the wines.   The goal of the night was to create an atmosphere where residents and staff could meet and get to know each other.   [Read more…]

Halloween 2013 at Stony Brook Village

Halloween 2013 here in Connecticut was a beautiful, and unseasonably warm fall day this year. Here at the Stony Brook Village Apartments our team had a wonderful time decorating the leasing office for all of the fun!  The decorations were in preparation for our “Spooky Brook” Halloween Party.  We may have gone a bit overboard, but we wanted to be sure everyone had a great time.  The leasing office was covered with ghoulish and fun decorations; including a talking pumpkin, spiderwebs, skeletons, tomb stones, and of course lots of black and orange balloons for the kids.  Our team was pretty excited to share in our efforts with our residents!
