Easy-to-Make, Healthy Summer Smoothie

The summer is a time for fresh produce, delicious healthy food available locally, and a way to watch the waistline.

This cool and refreshing beverage is a great way to take advantage of fresh kale, and enjoy a non-dairy smoothie that is amazing!  The best part is, this drink is easy, REALLY EASY!

So what do you need?

  • A blender
  • Kale
  • Frozen banana
  • Almond milk


In a blender add 1 frozen banana, 1 cup of kale, and 1 cup of almond milk.  Blend together.  You can thank us later!  Enjoy!
