Steeplechase Apartment Homes in Cockeysville, Maryland is pleased to announce our new Resident Reward Program.

In this post, we inform Steeplechase residents how they can get involved and reap the benefits of our exciting punch card program.

So, let’s get to it.

Here’s How It Works:

Steeplechase residents will receive a punch card, like the one below.

YOUR GOAL: To mark off all the Steeplechase horses!

HOW? In order to mark off your horses, you will need to complete various activities. You may fill up your punch card by doing any of the following items: *Restrictions apply.

• “Like” our Facebook page.
• Post your favorite part about living in our community on our Facebook page.
• Post a review on Apartmentratings.com. (You must print off a copy of your review and bring it down to the office. The review cannot be anonymous. Redeemable for 2 punches.)
• Post a Review on Facebook (You must print off a copy of your review and bring it down to the office. The review cannot be anonymous. Redeemable for 2 punches.)
• Post a Review on Google. (You must print off a copy of your review and bring it down to the office. The review cannot be anonymous. Redeemable for 2 punches.)
• Do something nice for your neighbor. Write it up in an e-mail or letter and let us know what you did. We will contact your neighbor to verify.
• Plant some flowers around your apartment. (Hanging baskets on the balcony count too!)
• Renew your lease! (Only good on renewals after February 1, 2017, only good by your renewal date and up to 5 days after.)
• Refer a friend to live here. (Only good on new referrals Starting December 16, 2016)
• If it’s your birthday! (Must present ID, only good for up to 5 days before and after your birthday )
• Pay your rent prior to the 1^st of the month.
• Participate in a resident event. (Starting December 2016)
• Post a cute picture of your pet on our Facebook page.

What Do I Get?

If you fill up your punch card, you may turn it into the leasing office for a special prize, plus a chance to win a $50 gift card!
